This website is published by Koldesan Koltuk Döşeme Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, trading as Artlife 1974, Istanbul, Türkiye. Commissions are contracted and invoiced by Koldesan Koltuk Döşeme Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi or by its group company Sanat Galerisi Mobilya ve Dekorasyon Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi; the company responsible for your order is named in the quotation. By using it you accept the conditions below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Purpose of the site

The site presents the collections, catalogue, projects and services of the Artlife 1974 atelier. It is a showcase and a point of contact, not an online shop. No sale is concluded through the site; every commission is agreed separately in writing, by quotation and order confirmation.

Product information

Every Artlife piece is made by hand, to order. The dimensions, woods, finishes, gilding and fabrics shown on the site are indicative:

• Dimensions may vary by a few centimetres from piece to piece, and are confirmed on the technical drawing before production.
• Colours and the grain of wood, the tone of gold leaf and the shade of fabrics are natural and vary from one piece to another. Screens also render colours differently.
• Pieces can be produced in other sizes, woods, finishes and fabrics on request. The photographs show one possible execution.

Prices are given on request and are valid only in a written quotation, for the period stated in it.

Intellectual property

All content on the site, including the designs of the furniture, the photographs, illustrations, texts, logos and the Artlife 1974 name, belongs to Artlife 1974 or is used under licence. It is protected by Turkish and international copyright, design and trademark law.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify or use any part of the content for commercial purposes, including the reproduction of our designs, without our prior written permission. Press and designers who need images are welcome to write to us.

Links to third-party sites

The site contains links to third-party services such as Instagram and WhatsApp. We have no control over those services and accept no responsibility for their content or privacy practices.

Liability

We take care to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but we give no warranty that it is complete or free of errors, and we may change it at any time without notice. To the extent permitted by law, Artlife 1974 is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the site or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the mandatory provisions of consumer protection law.

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to the rights of consumers to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts of their own place of residence.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.
